Shotokan Tigers is the Brad Jones Karate Do tournament team. Our team competes in tournaments in Ontario, Canada and has four coaches and over 18 youth and adult members. We train once a week on top of the standard Dojo training schedule, and our training consists of two hours of a combination of Kumite and Kata drills, strength, fitness and cardio conditioning.

When weather permits we run and train in nearby Fairy Lake park. The principle behind the training is to prepare our athletes both mentally and physically for the high level of competition they encounter in the tournament ring.

Come join us to improve your Karate, compete, and have fun!
